Alex joined Kennedy Investment Group in September of 2015. She has over nine years in the financial services industry, as well as fourteen years of hospitality experience to our team. Alex is responsible for facilitating incoming client requests, client preparation and reporting, coordinating events, assisting with marketing initiatives, as well as maintaining various other office responsibilities.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Rutgers University School of Business, and is currently an active member of Mu Kappa Tau, the National Marketing Honor Society.

Alex resides in Hammonton, NJ with her husband and son, Angelo. In addition to her career, Alex enjoys traveling, personal fitness, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Maggie earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology with an emphasis on physiology from Rutgers University.

Alexa Comey

Alexa joined Kennedy Investment Group in December 2021. She previously worked in a variety of financial planning roles at Ameriprise Financial Services. As the Director of Goal Planning and Monitoring, her responsibilities include closely collaborating with the advisors and clients gathering financial data, integrating data into a plan and providing a summary of the plan. She provides a wide range of consultative services including asset allocation, asset rebalancing, insurance planning and management, personal and corporate retirement planning, estate planning and income tax planning.

A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania with B.S. in Finance, Alexa currently holds a securities license Series 66, Insurance Agent, Accident, Life and Health licenses.

In addition to her career, she enjoys traveling, staying active/fitness and spending time with family and friends.

Jack W. Kennedy III is the Founder and CEO of Kennedy Investment Group and Kennedy Insurance Services. He currently holds a securities license Series 65, as well as Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance licenses. Jack is registered in thirty-five states.

For the past thirty years, Jack has been successfully delivering wealth management plans and solutions to select businesses and families throughout the Northeast. He and his team are fully devoted to working with individuals and business owners to build solid wealth management plans in a culture of dedication and service that exceeds industry standards and expectations.

Jack earned a Bachelor degree from Rutgers University while studying prelaw. Jack currently serves as Chairman of the KIG Charitable Foundation Committee. Scott Bernstiel

Scott Bernstiel joined Kennedy Investment Group in May of 2022. In 1992, he began his career as a financial advisor then moved to asset management while working for Van Kampen Investments. As a regional wholesaler in the NJ and PA region, Scott met Jack and the KIG team in the early 2000’s. After 14 years, he joined DWS in 2010 and spent the next 11 years as a regional wholesaler before becoming Divisional Manager 2013 where he ran the eastern half of the country for the next 8 years.

Scott took the role as Managing Director and has helped lead our firm since he joined. Scott graduated from College of New Jersey and resides in Monmouth County with his wife Jeannine. He has twin girls Kaila, Tara and son Ryan. His interests are golfing, spending time in the beach area, and his kids’ sports, which he has coached for many years including lacrosse and soccer.

Keith R. Hering AAMS^®, CRPS^®, CIMA^® is a Managing Director with Kennedy Investment Group, member SIPC specializing in portfolio construction, asset allocation and retirement income planning.

A native of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Keith attended the Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also matriculated with the College for Financial Planning and earned the designations of ACCREDITED ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST and CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLAN SPECIALIST.

Prior to joining Kennedy Investment Group in October of 2022, he was a Registered Principal and Financial Advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. since May 2004. While at Raymond James he was consistently recognized at the Executive Council level. Prior to this, Keith was an Investment Representative and Limited Partner with a major investment firm for approximately 14 years.
