Jack W. Kennedy III Receives Award of Appreciation from the Mount Laurel Schools’ Board of Education
WEST DEPTFORD, NJ, March 4, 2020 – Kennedy Investment Group (KIG), a premier financial services and investment company based in West Deptford, NJ, announced today President and CEO Jack W. Kennedy III was recently honored with an award of appreciation from the Mount Laurel Schools’ Board of Education. The recognition was formally presented on February 25, 2020 at Mount Laurel Hartford School.
Mr. Kennedy and his team at Kennedy Investment Group for the past several years has provided support to Mount Laurel Schools and their Autism Program. Last June, a $4,000 contribution to the district’s Special Education Program was used to equip a new Sensory Room at Larchmont School (Mount Laurel, NJ). The room is currently being used to assist children with special needs and promote sensory engagement.

Kennedy Investment Group’s donation was the result of the company’s annual Shredding for a Cure campaign, a highly successful shredding event exclusively held to raise money and awareness for autism spectrum disorder. Launched every April, the campaign invites clients to visit the company’s West Deptford, NJ office and free-of-charge drop off confidential and personal documents in need of safe and secure disposal. Materials collected are shredded and recycled by DocuVault with Kennedy Investment Group matching pound-for-dollar.
